SOP: LinkedIn Banner Strategy

This SOP defines the visual identity and role-based structure for LinkedIn banners used by team members at Chenla Agathos Solutions. It ensures brand coherence while allowing appropriate variation based on leadership level, client exposure, and internal role.

To:

  • Maintain visual consistency across public profiles
  • Reinforce structured identity within the organization
  • Support staff autonomy while avoiding branding confusion

Banners are divided into two role-aligned tiers:

Who uses this:

  • CEO
  • Project Director
  • Future executive or public-facing strategic roles

Design elements:

  • Chenla Red background with blueprint overlays or positioning message
  • Messaging-oriented text (e.g. “Helping developers, NGOs, and firms build with confidence”)
  • Right-aligned Chenla logo
  • No profile photo embedded
  • Centered or balanced headline layout

Purpose:

  • Signal market positioning and brand vision
  • Establish narrative authority and leadership identity
  • Use in posts, recruitment, and company-facing visibility

Who uses this:

  • Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers, Accountants, Admin

Design elements:

  • Solid Chenla Red background
  • Left- or center-aligned identity text:
    1. Name
    2. Title
    3. Company name
    4. Optional skill tags (e.g., “Tendering | BOQ | Contract Admin”)
  • Medium-sized Chenla logo, right-aligned with safe margins
  • No personal photo inside banner

Purpose:

  • Reinforce staff’s role within a structured system
  • Avoid confusion with freelance consultants
  • Strengthen client trust through professional, aligned visuals
  • Do not duplicate profile photos inside the banner (LinkedIn already includes it)
  • Use official Chenla Red (`#9A1E1E`) as base
  • Keep all content within the mobile-safe zone: ~1200×240px centered
  • Avoid solo branding, personal hotlines, or external consulting signals
  • Banners must not imply independent services or parallel brands
  • Contact the CEO or Project Director with:
    1. Your full name
    2. Title at Chenla
    3. Optional skills or service focus
  • You will receive a PNG and optional SVG/Inkscape file
