👤 Personal vs. Company Presence
You may maintain a personal profile that reflects your growth and interests. However:
If you mention Chenla Agathos in your headline, bio, or banner, you are considered publicly affiliated and must comply with this SOP.
Do not represent yourself as an independent consultant unless approved in writing.
Do not list your personal phone number or offer freelance availability while employed full-time.
Posts and banners should reflect team membership, not solo consultancy.
📸 Banner and Branding Requests
We encourage team members to:

Message management (CEO or Project Director)
Provide your full name, title, and optional specialties (e.g., Tendering, BOQ, Contract Admin)
You will receive a PNG export and optional Inkscape file for edits
