Chenla Agathos began building infrastructure not out of ambition—but necessity. Tools that should have served us were bloated, extractive, or built for other people’s problems.

So we started from scratch:
  * **Self-hosted** to ensure sovereignty.
  * **Federated** to avoid lock-in.
  * **Composably designed** so systems could evolve with us.

This isn’t about software. It’s about reclaiming the conditions for meaningful, efficient, and autonomous work.
